BIOGRAPHY

Maria Camps born in Santiago de Chile on December 24, 1982.

The year 2002 is formed in the National School of Art of Havana (Cuba) where he specializes in Theater.

In 2006 he studied Theater and Theater of puppets in the School of Avellaneda. This same year discovers the world of the clown and the circus

studied  with  Ciscu Margenat and Marina Barbera.

Later in 2011 when he travels to Europe, studied with Johnny Melville, Jango Edwards, Jose Piris

 

 The Desparpajo Clown  Company bases its shows on the research of clown, buffoon and the theater of objects.

 His first work "Mosca Hijo" was created in Chile in 2008 with the Company of Circus to " "Alamaleta circus"

 travels to Barcelona and  continues with the investigation of the different things that an object generates, thus we arrive at "Trilogy of the Fly", "The Possessed" and the "King of Strange" all these spectacles unite the techniques of the clown, the buffoon And manipulation of objects

Within the theater of figures we can highlight "Depths" and "Roselio sin Roselia", characters that travel between comedy and drama. Which were created in Pepe Otal's Puppet Workshop.

So also we come to "Transformation" show premiered in Torino Italy in the year 201

"Transformation" is a street show where the clown and the manipulation of objects are mixed with great genius.

This show has been presented at various international Street, Circus and Puppet Theater Festivals in Europe and Latin America

In the year 2015 the number "Mosca Hijo" wins the first place in the contest "theater in small format" Carabanchel on stage Madrid.
